If you do not have an I-pod just right click and "save as" (or left click) on the link labeled "download" under each episode to save the Mp3 mix directly to your computer. If you do use Itunes or another similiar program use this link to subscribe :

In Itunes go under the "advanced tab" and select
"subscribe to a podcast". A window will pop up prompting for the above url.
Do you not know what folder Itunes is automatically downloading my podcasts to? Simply click on the "edit" menu and select preferences. On the pop-up box click on the advanced tab and it will tell you there!!!
